All Seasons Comfort Control is equipped to service all heater types including:

Natural and Propane Gas Furnaces

Gas furnaces are one of the most popular forms of heat in our region. This type of forced air heat is distributed by a ducted system.  Gas furnaces can be inexpensive to operate with high efficiency options. Your fuel source, however, is an additional cost. Natural gas is provided from your utility company, while propane is delivered by a local provider so costs can fluctuate. Regular maintenance is required for optimal operation and we’re here to help, no matter the make or model. While gas furnaces are known to provide a dryer heat, All Seasons Comfort Control can pair your system with the appropriate humidifying equipment to neutralize any discomfort.

Oil Furnaces

Oil furnaces are typically found when natural gas is not available. This type of heat offers the warmest output temperature through a forced air operation. Oil units can incur a high operating cost, including an unpredictable oil fuel delivery cost. Regular maintenance is required to prevent system failures and reduce the risk of creosote puff backs.

Heat Pumps/Electric Heat

This heat type became popular in the 1980’s and continues to be popular in newer homes where natural gas may not be available. It is a common misconception that heat pumps are not efficient. In actuality, heat pumps can be very efficient in optimal operating conditions. Because heat pumps extract heat from the outside air these units loose capacity in extreme cold, necessitating the need for electric auxiliary assistance. Our newly developed American Standard products have the intelligence to neutralize any reduction in capacity and can produce nearly 100% capacity at temperatures as low as 5 degrees, when properly maintained.

Boilers/ Radiant Heat

(Radiators, baseboard heat, in-floor radiant heat) Radiant heat produces the most comfortable type of heat. This cozy, non-dry heat is most commonly found in older or historic homes of our area. Fuel sources include gas, propane, oil, and geothermal. Radiant heat is discharged through radiators, baseboard heaters, or an in-floor radiant system. Regular maintenance is required. While air conditioning cannot be integrated with a boiler, the experts at All Seasons Comfort Control can provide you with an adjacent cooling solution complementary to your heating system.

Dual Fuel Hybrid Systems

Dual fuel hybrid systems are intelligent systems that offer a highly efficient and economical solution to your heating needs. The benefits of a heat pump are utilized during optimal weather conditions but in extreme cold this smart system engages a secondary fuel source such as oil, propane, or natural gas to achieve maximum comfort and efficiency. Due to this effective operating method, owners experience a decrease in overall heating costs.

Preventative Maintenance

All Seasons Comfort Control offers residential and commercial preventative maintenance agreements for homes and business of any size to help obtain optimal efficiency and performance from your heating system for years to come. We recommend having your heater checked at least once a year. Check out our maintenance agreement page for more information or give us a call to schedule your maintenance appointment.
